Henry CM100 is a fast-curing, one-component elastomeric roofing and waterproofing membrane that is solvent-free and moisture-cured. It is an excellent option for green roofing projects. This membrane provides a cold-applied alternative to hot-applied rubberized membrane systems, replacing conventional hot mop, felt ply, and pre-formed sheeting systems. Henry CM100 can be applied as a high-build two-ply system or a single-ply application, curing through exposure to airborne moisture to form a durable, seamless, rubber-like, and impermeable membrane.
Henry CM100 is suitable for use as a waterproofing and roofing membrane on both horizontal and vertical surfaces. This cold-applied technology offers an ideal alternative to traditional hot rubberized membrane applications for podium decks, plaza decks, balconies, tunnels, foundation walls, planters, green roofs, and protected membrane assemblies.
